Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 6– 14 business days 
International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Nexaluma is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by your country’s customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Nexaluma is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee order replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
